When selecting any of the add-on products within the Armor Marketplace, a ticket is automatically generated and routed to Armor Support where the configuration process is initiated. As an added convenience, the billing process begins as well, while a history of all customer-added products can be found easily in the Purchased Products section, and the latest pricing information for all Armor Marketplace products are made available.
