Armor, the global cloud-native managed detection and response (MDR) leader, announces that Derek Boxdell has joined the Armor leadership team as the new Head of Global Sales. Derek is an Armor alum and returns to continue his trailblazing career in cloud security. Most recently Derek served as a Director for the Microsoft Azure business, leading his segment to 51% YoY growth. He also served on the internal security council, aimed at leveraging the right strategic partners to help deliver the Microsoft security story to over 4,000 customers. He will bring experience and public cloud expertise to our growing MDR+ business assisting customers in their digital transformation to the cloud.
